Yeah, tell me about it: we looked at about 40 homes in Euclid before we bought, and we *still* ended up with someone else’s problems.
The bath needs new drywall and a shower stall, not to mention new underflooring; we still need a new deck and patio, a back door, carpeting, and more. It never ends.
The big problem comes when you find you don’t have half the time (who cares about the money!) you *thought* you had in the first place!
Like nancy, I’m waiting for #4… you go, girl!
